Olivier Ruellet is a video artist whose practice encompasses a broad range of disciplines: drawing, experimental video and animation, generative art, interactive installations, net.art.
Ruellet studied Art & Design at the Higher National School of Applied
Arts and Crafts (Olivier de Serres) in Paris, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication at the Birmingham Institute of Art &
Design, where he developed a keen interest in animation, new media and digital arts. In 2004, he obtained an MA in Computer Arts from the London College of Music and Media.
Olivier Ruellet is a lecturer in the school of Art & Design at the Faculty
of the Arts (Thames Valley University, London), where he leads
animation, web-design and digital arts workshops.
He was born in Besançon (France), and lives and works between Paris and London.
