Whilst reflecting on working with Donald Rodney, Michael Tooby will also explore working with Rodney’s peers as a means to probe the social, political and curatorial contexts in which their work was presented in the 1980s. He will also question the way in which personal biographies collide with the personal as political in creative practice.
Michael Tooby is Director, Learning and Programme, National Museum Wales.
The Genome Chronicles will be screened after this event at 8.15pm.
