This month’s text for discussion is Frances Dyson’s ‘Atmospheres‘ which can be found in Sounding new media: immersion and embodiment in the arts and culture. Berkley, CA: University of California, 2009. pp.158-181. The text is available to readin the library.
The Stuart Hall Library Reading Group is open to everyone, whether you are in formal education, academia, artistic practice, or have a general interest.
The texts will stimulate a series of discussions and debates elaborating on issues such as multiculturalism, identity politics, art, literature and philosophy, but with an interdisciplinary focus.
